Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shield Array shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of USA.
